Treatment Frequency and Results
Important before and after care:
During your first appointment at A Nurses Touch Spa, our experienced Level 4 laser techs, who hold the highest certification in the state, will conduct a thorough consultation to understand your tattoo removal goals. We will assess your skin type and tattoo ink density to tailor the treatment plan to your unique needs. We will book several more appointments for the treatments at that time. You can expect a comfortable, professional environment where we prioritize your safety and well-being.
Every tattoo is different. Factors include the age of the tattoo, ink depth, color, the number of times it has been tattooed, and location. We provide an estimated timeline during your initial consultation. Some blonde brows or light tattoos may be gone in 1 session; most typically, it requires 4 to 8 but up to 12 sessions, depending on the amount of ink in the skin. Fortunately, appointments can be as quick as 3- 15 minutes, depending on the size of your tattoo, making it easy to fit into your schedule.
After treatment:
With each session, your tattoo gradually fades as your body clears the pigment.
The main aftercare is to avoid sun exposure to the area to prevent hyperpigmentation.
If you had the tattoo procedure, you’ll be fine having it removed. Most people describe the sensation as similar to the snap of a rubber band against the skin. Some areas may be more sensitive than others, but the best part is it's way faster than getting the actual tattoo. Most treatments last only 30 seconds to a few minutes for a area as big as a hand.

With each session, the tattoo fades progressively until it’s lightened for a cover-up or fully removed, depending on your goals.
